Yes i would believe they are pretty rare. Sorry that that sedan went to the wreckers but no one would take it for free. I think i sold those overiders....

The rubber ones in the photo were standard issue in america. Look like you are right. The fake sticker has white stripes above the black center area
The genuine datsun stripe is all one color

Then i read this description in the Datsun 510 Accessories brochure (same part number as the 1200):

I had a sedan with over riders on the bumper but i would like the lower door sticker looks good.

So in 1971 a new 1200 cost $1850 in USA. The median monthly income was $750. So even $15 for an accessory was something

I just noticed the dealer stamp on the cover. It's from my hometown! Bel-Kirk Motors. So those are USA prices
