arrrr, ok sounds good, i will have a look!!
ive just bought a GT17, ball bearing turbo (nice piece), and yeah just going for the carbie blow through, shold be fun!

ah yeah, these are the old 'head saver' thangs. I have a copper one in the A15 with the ridiculous overbore.

I don't have any pics mate, but imagine a piece of steel .030 or .040" thick (don't remember exactly) cut exactly like a head gasket. It's fitted to the block side of the head gasket with a sealer.

about $20 Aussie dollars. When I said 'everywhere' I mean everywhere in Australia. ACL are an Australian engine parts company.

you can get steel head shims for the A series motors. made by ACL and available everywhere.

i'm soon to have a turbo, A14, looking for a thicker gaskit, in search for lower compression, does ne 1 no, where i can get one from??
