hey congrats u definately got a good price....... although i understand these engine are slightly cheaper in qld....

only place i know of that does CA mounts is Maddat in S.A $350 changover or $400 outright with gearbox crossmember to suit...

however a board member told me not to use maddat as the mounts make the engine sit too close to the firewall....... anyone else had any experience with maddat mounts or perhaps does someone know of a place that does them in melbourne???

ok guys great news I get my Ca18DET this week hopefully tomorrow or maybe on the weekend I got it for $1200 engine, box, ecu and loom (i also got a HD clutch too) Also the guy is delivering for free.

Now I'm looking to save money where I can, does anyone have plans I could use to get my crossmember towers modified, like measurements for the plate on top of the towers and heights and angles if anyone has these that would be great, or anyone knows where I can get them made cheap.
Also if anyone has any advice on the conversion thet would help greatly.
Cheers
Damo
