I've got a front cut of an S13 Silvia coming in as was thinking of just using the cross member out of this to drop in a CA18DE.
Unfortunately I'm the worlds crappest mechanic (as I'm an engineer by trade) - and thus am the bane of all mechanics. Do the experts here think this will work as an idea?

Hi 1200 ute Where are you from ?? fill out your profile so people should be able to help you better in your country are ect.
Maddat in adelaide do the crossmember all nice and shiny $450 exchange from memory I have been doign a few myself Im pretty slow at turnover as I do this in my spare time. Demo job has just got his from me I have another 3 in the works. Ive been doing them for $220 you supply the crossmember I moddify it and supply new Nolathane engine mounts ect ready to bolt in. Can get them powder coated but extra $$ The way I moddify the crossmember the engine sits a lot lower than any other kits ive seen has 12mm clearance to firewall and around 10mm to sump with the engine sitng lower it is a lot easier to get at gearbox bolts ect. Cheers Andrew PS: being a ute you will still have to modify the trans tunnel as they seem to be smaller than the coupes and sedans
