#1 Calling All Shasta Attendees...
tens_and_twenties Posted on: 2004/3/17 6:11
I would like to start a list here of everyone who is definitely attending this year. I was hoping all of the 1200 Forum devotees could hook up and hang out whilst there.

I definitely will be there. Who else is planning to attend?

I've requested the time off of work and I'm currently planning a camping trip for the family and some friends at Lake Siskiyou. Funny how Lake Siskiyou and Mt. Shasta are only a few miles apart.
I have to get my car in order. I haven't done anything to it since the last time I went to Shasta.
My god, it would be like wearing the same dress twice.

Hy. I will be there, at least it is within my plans as of today, last year I was there w/my orange 610, this year, I plan on taking my 120Y, aKa B210, unfortunately, my 1200 ute is overseas, way far away from Shasta to attend, but my B210 will make a dignified representative of the Datsun blood.
Of course, as an avid lottery ticket buyer, if I win the lottery before, I will bring in the 1200, as well as the 610 and B210 , all in super shape, imagine, 610 with a Nissan 350Z engine and transmission, racing suspension, overfender flares, 14X10 wheels, 245/45/14 tires,B210 with 13X10 wheels, 235/50/13 tires, racing suspension, 3 rotor rotary 20B engine, excelent tailight assembly, 1200 ute with a A15 engine , performance package with racing ignition, in rally gear(it is my offroad surfmobile, excelent, because of its light weight, it cruises over sand like a feather)....and so on........

I'm planning on going to Blue Lake (more 1200s than Shasta) -- first weekend in June, portland Oregon.

I don't plan on going to Shasta this year ... but of course I keep thinking about it ...

Umm, no. I will be flying to Sacramento and renting a car, or flying to LA and driving up with a friend. It's 1800+miles from here.

Rich Norrish drove 1600+ miles down from Canada (that's 1600 one way!) when I went in 2001. My buddy Ryan drives 1100+ miles (one way) every year just to go. And one guy flew in from Sweden (or somesuch) that same year.
