i got mine for $180. Its the push stud type as my hooks have been removed. The $180 covered the cover, studs and header bar. Just go around and ask several automotive shops. They will be able 2 get them in as there is an actual place that makes them in mass production.
Goodluck!!!

Try Kim at Vixen Designs in Sydney on 0421395540
They re-upholster a lot of Datsuns as well as others and she does an excellent job. I just saw an XR6 Turbo ute she did and it is awesome it is featured in just utes magazine

There is a place but I can't remember the name of it ,It's something tonneau's ,they advertise in Just Parts magazine .
They do them pretty cheap (around $100 for holden & ford) so maybe grab the mag and look em up ,They also do them cheaper if you buy more than 1 as in the more you buy the cheaper they get ,so maybe you could ask some of the ute owners and see how many people want a new tonneau .

I only remember this because I used to own a HJ holden ute.hope this helps

O.K....So why all the press studs?....Doesn't anyone use the original hooks anymore?.....
I suppose the elastics wear...but don't the studs rust?....confused

The press studs dont rust cause they are treated. I''v ehad two utes with press studs ands the worst thing to happen was one of them broke. and even if they did rust, they are put in with pop rivets so they can be drilled out with no trouble.

There are very few hooks on the lip to fasten to, it flaps around and is quite noisey.

and worst of all when they flap around the elastics mark your shiny paint.
