i know this will probly sound dumb but im only 15 and goin by my service manual.

when everyone is talking about the 120y sway bar swap. when referring to the sway bar is this just another word for stabiliser???

also i was wondering if there were other words for castor rods if anyone had any pics it would be great.

Also i was wondering where i would find new ball joints and nolethane bushes???

Yes the sway bar is the stabiliser bay,
I am thinking a castor rod would be a radius rod, but I am not 100%.
Check with the local parts shop like repco for nolothane bushes and ball joints.
