rear axle snubber / mount / bushing thing

Where do they come from? I see one in the FSM, but never seen a parts listing for one or anything.
I see solid billet ones for other datsuns.

can that part be seen easily without dropping the diff?
Is not having one or having a worn one what causes the rear axle clunk, or is that from the rear link bushings being bad?

they can be easily seen with the diff in, I fitted mine after i fitted the bigger ute diff.
As near as I can tell all they are a bump stop, in the unlikely case that the rear end bottoms out your diff wont smack the floor pan Ade
