wheel caps neede for datsun 120Y, 1981

guys!!
I need 4 or more wheel caps (centre caps) for my Datsun B310/120Y, 81. they are black with letter "D" written in the centre. can anyone please help?

I am from pakistan, I have DATSUN 120Y model 1982. I want the five(5) orignal black center wheel cup with letter "D" written in it.
