Importing South African 5 Speeds

Anyone know if the South African 1400 ute 5 speeds will go into our 1200 utes? if so, maybe someone should import about 20 and sell them on here.

There's no reason that they wont fit, exept for the price of getting it here

Sure they will, any rwd A-series transmission will bolt into a Datsun 1200.
Aoba Auto sells new ones for approximately $1600 USD.

Wouldn't mind a brand new A14 either. Some new guards maybe, new shell? Actually, what would it cost to import a whole Nissan 1400 lol
