its probably a long shot..
but does anyone have a decent 1200 front bumper ie not bent and good chrome work? new ones pop up on ebay now and then but ive heard they are pretty poor quality

yeah the new ones are #### poorly made and the spot welds show

ive heard reports of the chrome coming off them pretty quickly aswell

I have an immaculate on on my ute you can have for $3500...
 Seriously, it was re-chromed by Adelaide Bumper Exchange. I think it cost in the order of about $300 but it's smick!

Try Nissan, i just got one in crome. Its not quite as good as the original coupe bumpers i had, but a #### load better than the ebay ones.
