sssute sells threaded sleeves to change spring height for 51mm stanzas.....he may also do them for 120Y now - That's what you want right? The threaded sleeves so you can adjust your ride height?

Sorry for hijacking this thread, but what are all the benefits of coil overs?

Well technically all our cars have coil springs over shocks....what coil overs has come to mean I think (in most countries) is to have threaded sleeves to adjust the height of each corner of the car independently.

The alteration of height effects the weight transferred to each wheel during cornering and braking.

So I believe he wants to buy a fully completed strut, including spring and shock with adjustable height platforms on them....I think.

Daveman would surely be able to help him out.

Ebay R31 Coilovers

You will still have to buy inserts. Why do you want coilovers? They will not make a single bit of difference unless you know how to set them up. What have you done to the rear of your car? What engine etc. etc. etc.
