yeah mine was around $600 for half a day of the engineers time (it passed first go)
i guess if you had items to rectify it would end up costing you more since you'll have more than 1 visit.

Thanks for the info guys. Hmm, as im going to try and get a legit engineers on a 120y 4 door sedan with a ca18 turboed motor, it has a good front suspension setup, no rubbing or bottoming out, has 200B front brakes tho, i doubt they would be enough. 3 inch exhaught, not to loud either. It also has the standard borgwarner diff. A crappy body tho? It goes over 200kph easy as, i had to drive back from adelaide with it, so out in the sticks i opened it up and nearly did a #### on the seat. What kind of things did you guys have to change?

your brakes only need to be able to handle the extra weight from your conversion.
doesnt matter if you had 1000hp ca18 as long as the brakes pull the car up from 100km/h their good enough for registration purposes.

ah right, well thats good to know. Howd you go with your diff and the rotory? What diff do you have? I'm I correct to say, that if there has been no hacking and bashing or cutting, and every thing bolts in nicly that it won't take alot to get a enginners?
