Not used them..not looked at the website, but let me guess....

Are the dyno graphs they show missing both labels from the axis?

I would only say:
With the existance of 60,000 RPM brushless electric motors, these things are becoming a possibility.

You seriously believe it would double the output?

A serious product would use a serious dyno graph, instead of something knocked up in ms-paintbrush.

ps. not that I'm saying what I've posted is serious..but it's someone bragging about their Honda..So Im expecting 20% less than the graph I've googled.

Its not a "supercharger" its a piece of junk electric fan that will restrict the airflow to your mates engine, these things are just a scam to get suckers to part with their money.

Dont worry about how much boost its making, the vacuum in your manifold will be spinning the fan blades, they wont be "blowing " air into the engine.

if you do the math, the car's battery and electrical system can handle the amazing power gain for about 6 seconds, then don't use it again for about 2 hours while you recharge your battery.

It probably makes 1psi under the best circumstances, at idle.

There's no reason it 'cant' work, you could also use a tank or compressed air... or better yet liquid oxygen.

Most of these things are actually an inlet restriction and decrease performance.

Personally I'd spray liquid oxygen and areozene but the authorities might object to that on the road. I mean it was good enough to get us to the moon.

i saw a vid once of a few yanks raming a petrol powered leaf blower into the inlet of a ute and a civic... both cars gained 10hp on the dyno! Maybe you could get your mate to do that
