Which SA are you talking about??
If it is south africa, you most definitely do not need any sort of anything except an engine number to do that conversion!!!

South Australia.
My car just got defected for the engine capacity. Nothing else, he didn't know what he was looking at so he just sent me to regency. I didn't think you had to have it engineered in SA though. I need some info so i've got a leg to stand on.
