A14s didn't use a 56-series transmission. Perhaps it is a 60-series.
Picture?

I've got a 4 speed with no markings that size wise looks like a 56 series, as it came attached to an A14 I assume it was a 60 series.
Guess I'll find out when I do some burnouts

That's a 56-series 4-speed. RHD for use with clutch cable.

Looking at where the reverse idler sits (lump on LHS at front of tail housing where it meets sandwich), and what appears to be the small hole size for the clutch cable, I'd say it's an early 1200 box. (120Y and B310 cases differ in those areas)
