That "Street View" option that they have done actually passes in front of my house.
I'm not sure how I feel about that yet. You can read the licence plates of my and my wifes cars. It's like people can case your house and street without being seen.

Something even cooler:

Go into google earth (get the lastest version from http://earth.google.com/) and press

CTRL+ALT+A

This will load up the hidden flight simulator. You can then choose an F16 or a Cessna type thing from memory and fly around your home town. Very cool. Some cities even have buildings added in (Chicago is good that way).

What started this is I just found out where Townsville is while i was checking on where my turbo manifold is now, last I checked it was in Brisbane.

Google maps is fun for seeing new places.

I have a project to map all the place i get fuel so i can go places easier.

when i went to look at the street view it said i needed flash player 9 so i downloaded it but it still says i need flash player 9. does anyone know what to do?
