I have finished my a15 rebuild it has 1mm oversize a15 ACL pistons = about 1530 cc it will have twin 40mm dhla dellortos & 4 into 1 hurricane extractors . the cam is a wade 140/09 profile. cam lift 0.296(0.429 @ valve) duration @50 is 238. cam lift @ TDC IN 0.088 EX 0.068 PHASE 109 my undererstanding is its a street cam for twin dellortos good from 3000 rpm to 7000 rpm. the head has L16 valves cut down for memory inlets are 38mm & ex 32mm with holden 6 cylinder double valve springs mild porting. about 1mm of head to get comp to 10 to 1 also has adjustable cam sprocket & chrome molly light weight flywheel . hopefully it will go ok. I have tried to do this on a tight budget . any feedback would be appreciated.

sounds like you spent some cash for all that. If thats a tight budget, it makes my fairly free budget for daisy seem cheap.
Sounds like it will go pretty good with the high comp and head work. And Twin 40s will help it along nicley.

hey mate im thinking about rebuilding my A15 to put in another project and im interested in the dual valve springs and pistons you used... i will be running the dual hitachi SU's, extractors and exhaust that i currently have just want some advice on some more bits and pieces.... am thinking of possible turbo setup so it has to be able to handle boost and high revs so what you have done interests me alot.... i also want to be able to run premium pump fuel without having to put the addetives in so hardened valve seals are on the list as well..... sorry for the hijack but i would also like some advise and your build sounds similar to my needs.
