A12 Head onto an A14 block?

Are they a straight swap or is there more to it? :)

If the distributer is at the same location on the blok then the heads will swap (allthough a14 probly has a better head) if the distributors and not at the same place on the blocks then there may be an oil galery issue?

will have a look, just thinking compression wise, maybe teh A14 head onto the A12 motor then?
if the dizzys line up :)

Yes it can be done, it raises the compression ratio a bit, just make sure they have the same water galleries etc.
A mate of mine swears by it! and he tells me its pretty fuel econoical too.
