#1 1200 Wagon - CA18DET Project
Datwags Posted on: 2009/8/18 11:38
Ok, so the wagon is finally in the shed and about to get stripped.
The plans are to get it soda blasted, rust-free, resprayed, and then put all the bits and pieces on it. Most of my parts are coming from maddat, a more expensive way to go, but it's good stuff and I'm hoping to get a hassle-free (ish) engineers report.
So far the parts I have are:
- CA18DET engine with wiring, ECU, etc.
- Lowered 200b front struts with fixed plate coilovers and RX7 brake setup (maddat)
- Rebuilt Front end (control arms, steering arms, ball joints, etc.) (maddat)
- Maddat brake booster setup.
- Maddat crossmember kit and bigger trans tunnel.
- Got some pretty interesting plans for the rear-end too :)
As far as rims go, I'm thinking about getting 15in performance superlites.
I'll post photos as I get into it a bit more

Feel free to post any suggestions or ideas you might have. But please only 'constructive' criticism.... if you get my drift.
