#1 Datsun A15 head query
DJF280 Posted on: 2009/9/10 14:51
Hi all i want to know if any one has overcome the slight problem i have. Well i just bought a A15 cylinder head to go onto my A14 which im sure it should fit? I have noticed that the new head has 2 additional stud holes. 1 hole is between 1 and 2 inlet and the other is between 3 and 4 inlet port (top row of studs). My inlet manifold does not have a hole for these studs. Should these holes be welded or plugged up? I have noticed they are hollow and go through to the head bolt area which i think may leak oil if they are not blocked off. So can anyone relate to this small issue i have? Cheers

hi there, these stud holes are standard, they are for different manifold configs,
there is no oil in them so you won't have any grief...
