Need help with manual swap on a b310

Aside from the obvious parts(clutch, pressure plate, pedal assembly, and master and slave cylinders) what else do I need to swap in a 4 speed into my automatic b310? I dug around the tech page but I really diddnt find anything conclusive.. I heard that I need to change out the driveshaft, atleast the very first piece that goes into the tranny( forgot what's that called), I got the tranny, pedals, the hydraulic line, and flywheel, don't know if I really need that but I got it anyways just to be safe. Clutch pressure plate and master an slave I can get at the autoparts store. Question is, what other modifications do I need? Can I use the old drive shaft? Would the old tranny mounts work? Or do I need that too, or can I just use some spacers?

First up - a big bucket to catch all the transmission fluid. You probably need to get a bush for the back of the crank that the snout of the input shaft sits inside, though I seem to remember swapping 2 Auto A15's to manual & they might have both had it already. What sort of a transmission do you have? If it's the smaller box, you'll have to source the gearbox crossmember. If it's the larger 60 series 4 or 5 speed, you can use the existing crossmember, probably with some washers between the rubber mount & the gearbox to get it level. You'll also need to bridge around the neutral safety switch, I just put a bridger wire in the connector for the safety switch & the reverse light that was up near the battery.Otherwise I don't think it'll crank over. The auto is longer than the manuals, so you'll definitely have to source a manual driveshaft,& the splines on the back of the gearbox are different as well. Good luck with the swap.
