Pull-A-Part in Arlington, just north of Everett, had three of them last month. They still had the suspension in them. Pull-A-Part is open 7 days a week until 5 pm winter hour. And they are the least expensive yard in the area. Call them and ask before driving up there. I usually go every few weeks.

What you are looking for is 1979-1982 model B310 "Datsun 210".

Hi again ~
My Datsun 210 is actually a three speed automatic, hehe.
I am looking for aftermarket or brand new, so I will check
the sites offered - thank you:)
My boyfriend and I just went to Arlington last week ironically.
That's where we found three brake drums for my car off of this
green Datsun 210:p That car would have been such a sweet looking
car :) but anyhow ... thank you guys:)

Hello again. My Datsun is a two door.
You know, I'm waiting for the repair
manual for my car to find out more of
what I am looking for. I'm really confused,
since honestly I don't know a whole lot about
cars. I'm slowly learning but when it comes to
ordering parts, I have no clue. I know I need
new struts, not sure if the back is different
from the front. If I need two struts for the
front or... what really....
we don't need to replace the whole suspension
itself, we just need to replace smaller pieces.

It makes a hollow noise when I go around sharp
corners almost like I hit a pot whole but didn't.

SO I'm just trying to figure out what I need to
replace. I just need to fix it so I can spend
money on getting my license/insurance so I can
actually drive it. It's sad watching it just sit
there when we've spent so much work on it, painting
it and replacing things:p
Any help would be awesome. I have no clue what
suspension even looks like yet, but once we get
the parts - which is my job - then I'll know all
about putting it in and such.
Thanks much
-Ali

Hmmm... this could be unimportant. Or maybe not.

The struts are just a type of shock absorber. They are only on the front. The rear uses traditional shock absorbers.

Shocks and struts only need replacing when worn. You can easily test them. Stand besides the car, and push down on the corner with your whole weight. The car should bounce 1 and a half time. If it visibly bounce 2 or 3 times then you should replace the shockers on that end of the car. Otherwise no need to replace them!
