Hi Guys

Thanks Regards sumith

Your sensor wire is probably worn and is makign contact with the body somewhere,,, if you disconect the sensor wire at the gauge and it still reads full your gauge is stuffed

I had never heard of a 24V gauge until Sumith mentioned it. I don't know how they are supposed to work.
12V gauges do not take 12V, they take the ouput of the gauge regulator which is maybe 8V.

Hi Guys
I did not Put Sensor Wire Just Gave it 24 V only, even if i connect sensor wire it doesn't change, but my dash Temp Reader is working fine now but bit higher than the early one that is because it is (heat sensor ) for toyota one, yes that guage is for heavy duty vehicle,if it is needed for a regulator it might have internal regulator in side it self isn't it becauss it has got 3 wires 24 V ,Earth and Sensor connection.
