120y and 1200 coupe hubs, are they the same?

Basically as the title states, 120y and 1200 coupe hubs, are they the same?
I ask as im looking into my options for the ge sigma brake converion for my 1k cheers Jake

We had a look and the 1200 coupe stub axle is thinner than the 120y ( It tapers down smaller) one but the thing is there is early and late 120y ours are late so maybe the early ones are the same.

early 120y are the same as 1200 coupe, later have larger stub axle and different hub

1973-1975. I believe the 1976-1978 only came the larger suspension & brakes.
Only the early A12 models have the small parts. The A14 powered B210s have the larger parts from the get-go. You can view topic.
