Just out of interest, why is a synchronous or toothed belt drive called a gilmer drive when it's put on the front of an engine?
You can find all the parts to make one up pretty easy, in QLD there's small parts, in Melbourne there's pies automation and probably many others. The guys at pies are friendly.

If you are going to do it, if at all possible, make it a setup where the pulleys wrap around the crank pulley, and the belt is more or less in the original position. The 'kits' that some places sell, that space everything further forward are very likely to load up and shorten the life of their bearings. Water pump is usually the first victim.
