WTB: Running A12 Engine Adelaide

Looking to buy a running A12 in Adelaide, one in good condition that doesn't blow smoke. Would like to install it whilst I rebuild my current A12.
If you want I can even give it back once I'm finished with it and just pay you for borrowing it?
