Buttweld Pipe fittings/ pipe Victoria

Hey,
I'm wondering if anyone in the Northern suburbs can point me in the direction of a place where I could pick up some buttweld long radius bends and a few short lengths of 1 1/4 s40 pipe (mild steel). I'm aware of one in coburg but I guess more what I'm after is a place that might have some offcuts since I don't need 3m of pipe to make my inlet manifold. Thanks in advance

I've added some pictures of what I'm planning to build and figured out what materials will be about spot on.
There are these parts available on ebay that would fit the bill as far as constructing the manifold fairly easily. 8x of these for the S bends http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.d ... &ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT 4 of these cut to 165 degrees and cut and shut to make the trumpets. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Set-2-X-1-3-4- ... ories&hash=item2a0959cf84 Be about 100 then I still need to make two flanges and some other pieces of 32NB sch40 pipe and some 2 inch pipe for the throttle bodies. Any better ideas? Would it be cheaper to go to an exhaust place with some drawings? Any suggestions?

You could run the runners completely straight then
the last tappered square sections could be flush to each other then cut off the angled bits sticking out. Will be much straighter flow. As for butt welds most plumbling supplies have them.

Fitting quad throttle bodies, I just didn't bother drawing the throttle bodies.
