Aust dollar killing it

With the Australian dollar doing well at the moment, has anyone found any good bargains from the USA or Japan? I've been trawling through pages all night but the prices of things here and O/S all seem pretty similar, surely they're has to be a few good buys to be had!

You can get a two bedroom condo in Vegas from $25,000 at the moment though.

hes serious about the villa in vegas. orlando is cheap as too. close to disney world.

whats a safe place to live in the US? Oregon seems a good place so far.
Maybe DDgonzales can chip in for good datsun places sacrificing safety or quality of living, after all datsuns are more important! :)
