13 inch is prob stock for 1600 i gather ?
my 1200 came with 12 inch stockies with original hubcaps. rim is similar but only 12x5 inch wide

At 5.5 inch, I doubt they are Datsun. My guess is Chevrolet, which will fit Datsun just fine.

they look more like ford mustang (early ones) or xp-xm falcon rims

I've got some 13x5.5 inch steel wheels like these, they are Datsun 1600 centres fitted to ROH outers by Sydney Wheel Works, & were fitted to a friends 1200 with standard disc brakes. The wheels in question are probably similar.
