While I was talking to Stewart Wilkins today (Tuesday) he mentioned that he had 2 A14 long motors he wanted to get rid of. Both needed rebuilds, one was an oval port head while the other was a round port head. As I can't afford the asking price of $500 for the pair, I thought I'd post it up here for somebody else to grab. I dont know if there's any manifolds or such to go with them, but I have seen both engines so they are real, in fact what made me look was the round port head that had obviously had a oval port manifold bolted on it. His workshop is on Wingate Road at Mulgrave, just east of Windsor. Tell him Paul told you about it, he might give me a discount next time I buy something from him. Seriously, for anyone running a rally car in 0-1400cc, these engines are good as spares, or they're the largest engine you can put in a 1000 & get it registered in NSW. Anyway Ring or email Stewart if you're interested, He's sent cars to Africa for the Safari Rally, so sending them interstate wouldn't be beyond him, either.
