are these panels any good?

does anyone know anything or have any experience in regards to these sill replacements
the driver side sill on the sedan is rusted beyond repair, looking to cut out the complete sill and replace, fleabay : http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Datsun-1200-Si ... ories&hash=item27b552c824 does anyone know of any other complete sills?
