Well I have a 1200 ute with a ca18det in it n I'm putting forged crank n pistons in n bigger turbo different inlet manifold so I dono if I need it or don't worry

Probably not just down to cell or tank. Look at starting at fuel rail and work back in my opinion. You will need to efi convert a tank either way. Fuel cells will run a bladder or foam instead of baffles. Other question is you wanting this adr'd?

anyway, the fuel tank wont change the power that the car can make. all you would want to do is add some baffles to the tank or run a surge tank so that you always have fuel at the pump
