Its ca18det. It did have a t25 but I just put a gt2535 in. I bought it off a mate and he said that the previous owner rebuild the head. I'm just wondering if they upgraded anything internally ect

did it have engine work done at wynnum engines ?
if it did i know the car , i nearly bought it about years ago

I think it had work at wynnum engine reconditioning. Is the guy u were goin to buy it off on this website??

im pretty sure this is the one that was on boost cruising few years back. had something wrong with the head or from memory. was selling it for about 6 grand from what i remember. used to have filthy torneau cover on it if this is the one

Looks like the one that was on here not to long ago for sale. Does it have some rust inside the engine bay to the right of the wiper motor on the inner guard. If its the one i think we discussed doing some rust repairs for the guy who owned it then. Welcome to the site by the way.

my mate works at wynnum engines & from memory the internals were pretty much stock & no the bloke that i meet is not off here , i seen it driving around capalaba & wynnum a few months ago , it had bad rust in the fire wall/engine bay area & a #OOPS#ty aluminium dash but i think thats gone now ?

Here is the original for sale thread by member bugsie where 76-datto commented on it also. thats probably why it looks familiar . There's some info and photobucket photos in there hope that helps a little. Cheers Andrew
