Anyone know where I could get some of these from? Or if another cars suspension is the same?

Same bolt spacing perhaps. But the 910's have a bigger diameter spigot hole in the base of the strut. If you already have spigot adapters on your 310 steering arms Andy, then another variety of adjuster oughta work.......
