Break Master Pump Vacum Problem

Hi Guys
I have a problem with My Break Master Pump, The Break Paddle is normally hard and have less break ,it is like break pump without booster,But When I turn the Steering Left a little the paddle is soft and have very good break What do you guys suggest what would be the matter ? thanks regards sumith
