Dip stick

Iam rebuilding a early A12 block I bought with out the dip stick pipe
in it can i get one new some whear??? I have a A14 as well but i would rather not get it from that motor.

i know my early a12 block had a short dipstick with no long tube extension out the side of the block... Have you got a local pick-a-part nearby? i would try them and local wreckers first...

Datsun,s never last long at the weckers in Qld u hardly ever see one on the road. Maby i could make one out of fuel line?
