I am going through this myself atm. You need to find someone close by that deals with Redline products (aftermarket carby specialist spares - they do weber, holley and most other stuff) The adaptor plate cost me $65 bucks and I havent got the cable adaptor yet, but have been assured they are easy to set up.

Adapter plates are available on eBay, the throttle quadrant of a standard carby can be used on the cable.
Should be a straight forward mod.
