can anyone inform me if i can fit 280mm rotors and calipers using the same adapter bracket as 250mm caliper? Or is there a differenceother than obvious size between the 250 and 280 caliper? Cheers

im currently putting together the 250mm conversion but ive been told its the same adapter bracket for both so you'll be fine.
makes sense really. on the s13 only the breaks are different not the struts so the mount will be the same

Depends who made your brackets, it they were designed for the 280mm setup you will probably have to grind away a bit of metal on the inside radius if you want to run the 250mm calipers.

The brackets if the kev rowley type work with both types of discs and callipers. I ran the same pair on both we went to the 250mm to have more options from our wheel selection.
