Putting Doors back together

Hi guy just about to put my doors back together and are wondering which i should do first.Do i put the window regulator and window in first or do i put all the door mechanisms in first.I was thinking the windows then i can wind them to the top then all the rest off the parts.Does the window runner go on the outside off the window regulator?

I would put the door latch, handles, and lock mechanisms in first.
