What would you grab first...Parts swap Question???

What parts off of a 78 B210 would be worth swapping to a 72 1200...other than the motor or trans????
Maybe the brakes? or the struts I'm not sure what to use I have a B210 at my disposal and want to know what to grab maybe the rear end ??Before it goes in the crusher! I really don't want to dingle around when I go to get part's so..What would you guy's grab first??..that's the question? Any help would be appreciated.

* The electronic ignition distributor and icm box. It's a high-energy system.
* 13" wheels * The diff center is stronger then the 1200 unit * Not the struts. They are bigger and heavier on North American models. See B210 Parts Donor for a list.

So take just the center out of the rear end? No axles.. just the guts? ok got it.
Is that a bolt on swap? There are no more engine part's they got swapped into a 5o's Benz.
