Im studying to upgrade my engine A12 and i need advice. New twin webbers? Or SU like twin stromberg cd 175? and later i will buy a new camshaft and double spring valves. In case of webbers a need to buy a new petrol pump? The original dont have enough pressure? If anybody do something like that please expalin to me:

Hi Luigi, the factory mechanical fuel pump has plenty of volume, and it has the correct fuel pressure for twin weber carburetors.

SU-type carburetors are good. Stromberg 175s may be a little big, as the Datsun factory twin carb setup was 1-1/2 inch for everything up to two liters.

Camshaft change and dual valve springs are only needed if you wish to rev the engine over 6000 RPM.
