It is a standard metric nut. Go to the hardware store or auto spares store and match one up.

From the steering wheel part numbers:
08911-34210 NUT-HEX from the NES page: 9113dd: Hexagon nut, Low, low carbon steel dd 12 (or 42, 62, 72) ... 12mm

Just use a standard wheel nut on backwards. Thats all I did anyway.
12x1.25 pitch. BTW, great to see such good progress on your car! keep up the good work.
