Datsun 200b disc brakes - do they fit the 1200 stock drum strut spindles?

I've got ahold of a pair of discs and calipers, looking at the discs I don't think they'll fit the 1200 drum strut spindle/stub axle.
Can anyone confirm this?

No. Datsun 810 uses larger wheel bearings
