Are you talking buying a kit from Dellow or building one?
If from Dellow, about 2k will do everything bar the box, and cross member.

Dellow don't offer an A series kit for the W range of gearboxes as far as I know because traditionally they were thrown behind v8 conversions.
Roughly speaking you would need to - cut a slot in thebellhousing for the clutch fork - weld on a ring to locate the clutch cable - design a 1 inch adapter plate/ring to mate the box/ housing - modify clutch fork setup to somehow attach to the adapter - source the right size Toyota clutch plate (200mm) and machine flywheel to accept it - machine a spigot bust to replace the datsun one - have a tail shaft made/ modified

My bad I read 50, and immediately went to T series 5 speeds.
