If he had steel pipes accross the top so they werent sucked in under vaccum of engine would be not too bad. Messy but effective im sure.

Those pipes across the top are like lungs ....let you see it breath (or choke!)

My supercharged A15 has short (Like 3-4inch) Silicon hose joiners connecting the Blower discharge manifold to the intake runners. When firing up it's most recent incarnation, I noticed that the intake pipes were dilating on boost, and contracting on over-run. I cured this by placing even shorter sections of pipe the same OD as the rest of it was made from. With an extra hose clip in the centre. Fixed the problem a treat.

These are variable adjustable intake runners
ghetto style and probably more effective than Toyotas which where ditched on big port 4age. smaller runners are better at idle great vid! You can view topic.
