Might be OK but for an extra $80 I'd go for an Innovate motorsports MTX-L.

I have been using an innovate with mine brilliant little gauge, works with all fuels and has data logging

I use a Zeitronix Zt-2 and have no complaints. Bought mine secondhand/ unused. Wired into my car though. Also has data logging, was about 120 delivered.
The electronics need to control current flow (or something like that in the charge pump) and infer the 02 from that. Compare the response time with known brands (if you can) since faster makes it easier to capture transients (acceleration/ deceleration). Sorry no direct experience with the one you've found.
