Engine removal: A15 1981 Nissan Datsun vanette PLEASE HELP

Hi there. I am the proud owner of two Nissan datsun 1980s models vanettes. One has an A12 engine, the other has an A15. I want to remove the A15 engine and put it in the A12 body but need some advice of things to watch out for and be careful of when removing the engine. I also want to know if there are any modifications i need to make in order to fit it in. I cant find any tutorials or similar on Youtube. Not sure if I'm calling them the right thing... someone once said they were a "Sunny van", but dont know what a sunny van is?? Any advice, tips or links would be really appreciated. Thanks :)

Does your underbonnet aluminum plate say C120? That was sold as Datsun Vanette. It was sold in Japan as Datsun Sunny Vanette and Nissan Cherry Vanette.

The main differences between A12 and A15 are:
* 2-stud vs 3-stud exhaust pipe * 15mm taller block for A15. may have some affect such as carb hat clearance * (usually) shorter water pump on the A15. So use the matching fan & pulley. * (usually) larger alternator on the A15 * Stronger clutch cover (pressure plate) on the A15, though it measures the same size
