Found this add and I think its might be a little shifty as last I heard VIS rotory in Narrellan bought it and put a rotory in it with simmons wheels also.The add pic was how it was 3yrs ago.

Would have to be. You wouldn't list a car like that and include info like he did. Unless he's using the photo for reference but I highly doubt it.

A little shifty yes, as the ad is for a coupe.

To protect yourself in a sale, go inspect the car. If it's good and the seller has a certificate of title, take a cashier's check along with you to purchase it. The Title protects you and the check protects him.

its an ugly beast

Definition of butchering a classic if you ask me.

I've seen them both advertised about 2 days ago! One is listed as The one in the pic for $28g and the gumtree one as it shows in link. To me the one with the rotor looks different in the wheel tubs to the other one unless they fixed the ugly ones from the gumtree one! I might have another look now

Its defianitly the same car in both the link and the pic as when it was sold with the chrome wheels(pic in link) I was looking at it then when it sold the next owner put the simmons on it then vis rotory bought it and put the supercharged 13b in it and changed the colour of both the seats and the rear tray.Plus when it first came up for sale it had a a15 turbo motor not a 1000 and was not registered or engineered.

It does look like the same ute. vis never Bort it he only built it

Either way they're both listed on gumtree at the moment! A bit strange...
