I tried and couldn't get one in Australia so you might have to try DD's US suggestion or just go to the wreckers and get a good second handy.
I had a thought while looking for one , if you were desperate, could you pull the ring off and reset it 180deg around to bed on unused teeth as they seem to always wear in the same place (on compression)? dp
